We had a fantastic year welcoming many new faces and their homes in 2023! Our events surely get bigger and brighter each season as the RounTrey family expands. Looking back at our most adored events, we realize how grateful we are for so much: gracious volunteers, support from the developer and HOA, incredible vendors (some of who are now like family), and best of all? GREAT weather! Anyone who has been in the ‘Treyborhood for a couple of years or longer knows we can’t go long without a rainy day attempting to steal our joy! (SPOILER: They don’t!).
If you’re new here, let’s recap what a year as a RounTrey resident looks like from a social perspective.
Notable Events
St. Patrick’s Day 5K and Spring Fling: This neighborhood favorite was a two-for-one event in 2023 and started off with a morning 5K and Fun Run and was followed up the luck o’ the Irish! Tipsy Grape Mobile Bar, Irish dancers, a DJ, food trucks and treats galore, and so much more! Currently, penciling in 3/17/2024 for another Spring Fling so mark your calendars (open to the public, too!).
Pool Parties/Movie Nights: We had numerous pool parties which included movie nights from the comfort of your float. Tiki happy hours and ice cream socials were a hit as well.
Live Music On The Lawn: There were multiple bands that put on a show for us over the warmer months right behind the main clubhouse. Seriously, do you really need to leave the community to find fun?
Fall Festival: Our best-attended event is always our Fall Festival which is in conjunction with HBAR’s Parade of Homes. Stunning show homes and all the Fall fun in one place is the perfect way to kick off #SpookySZN!
Haunted Trails: For community residents only, this has become the staple for Halloween fun for all. Whether you have smaller kiddos or those who like a little more thrill, there are options at our haunted trails. They are curated down near the woods and water off of Endstone Trail and some of our very own (and talented) horror actors would have made Hollywood proud!
LightsFest: Make no mistake. RounTrey goes ALL out for Halloween, but we go equally as hard for the holiday season! Soon after Thanksgiving, you start seeing a little more twinkle as you drive down each street-homes with their own personal touch. Shout out to our winners of the 2023 LightsFest:

Those events don’t even scratch the surface on the dozens of clubs within the community: book, bunco, wine, bourbon, mommy groups and so much more! We wouldn’t be RounTrey without the “we” and with new families comes new luxury homes over their heads! These homes entertain. They provide a stunning safe space for big moments in life. They inspire next door neighbors. We are pleased to announce that a brand new section of homes was approved in 2023 and looks to break ground in the new year!
To get ahead on some questions about the new section, here are a few key pieces of information:

NewMarket Village continues to grow thanks to Schell Brothers of Richmond! Not only have they begun to make their mark in the Villages, but they opened a model in 2023 as well! Their Monterey model has been well-received over the years and gives homebuyers the perfect place to visit and ask all the questions. Their homes start in the $600s.

Looking Ahead To 2024
