NewMarket Estates DOES have their very own clubhouse and pool complex located at 15300 Sultree Drive. Due to its smaller size, our larger community events are not typically held there, but it still sees its fair share of fun: neighborhood socials, food trucks, and more family-friendly events! In addition, there is a playground behind the pool and also two dog parks adjacent to Otterdale Road-one for smaller and one for larger breeds! Want the great news? NewMarket residents are able to use any amenities in RounTrey (and vice versa!). As a reminder, over in our Graythorne neighborhood sits The Club at RounTrey where our bigger, main events like Spring Carnival and Fall Fest are held! The main clubhouse includes a large gathering space inside and out, pool complex with water slide, and fitness center. Of course, any RounTrey or NewMarket residents have access to hit Swift Creek Park down along the reservoir and walk the trails, fish, kayak, and more. Clubhouse rental of either RounTrey or NewMarket are available to all residents as well!
