With each new year comes fresh beginnings and resolutions accompanied by newfound hope and excitement. We know the next calendar year will be extra special to us here in RounTrey. With no shortage of grand openings of amenities, new neighborhoods, and even new home styles in which to look forward! If you peek back on what a packed holiday season it’s been here in November and December alone, you have likely realized that the fun never stops in our tight-knit community. So, what’s all the fuss about? We have outlined all the fun to come in the new year. Check it out!
Grand Opening of NewMarket Amenity
Though the NewMarket clubhouse and pool, our second amenity center, will officially be completed and filled by the end of 2018, the actual Grand Opening will not take place until any of us actually want to be outside. As our community grows, this second pool and gathering space will lend itself to the sociable nature of our residents!
New Sections of Homes
As we continue to welcome new faces (and beautiful new custom homes!) in our current area of Graythorne, there is a new section waiting in the wings! Our newest homes in RounTrey are located just a bit north of the clubhouse and pool and will feature 124 homesites of varying sizes. There are some wooded, larger, and private lots as well as more homesites. These offer sobering views of the Swift Creek Reservoir. Our NewMarket and NewMarket Estates neighborhoods continue to expand as well. In the latter sections, you will find larger lots with more options for wooded backyards.
Swift Creek Park
RounTrey’s waterfront amenity park (*currently under review with the county*) will be another unique feature of the neighborhood that bring families in from near and far. Proposed are walking trails, kayak launch sites, pavilion, dog park, and more. Whether you’re an avid outdoorsman who enjoys early morning fishing or running the trails with your furry friend after a visit to the dog park, we think that it will make RounTrey even more appealing to families of all stages!
Modern Homes
Midlo Modern aka “bringing style back to the suburbs” is our newest addition on deck that is already making quite the splash. With a collection of our existing builders who have served the Richmond area with stunning designer homes for many years, we are certain Midlothian is ready for a change-and we want to be the first to jump in! Not only have we designated a whole street of 17 lots specifically for these modern styles, but we will also be putting on a home show of our very own in the Spring of 2020!
