Where to begin? We have had so much happening around here between our hosting HBAR’s home show of the year, Richmond Homearama, Clubhouse Grand Opening in RounTrey’s newest section Graythorne and up the road in NewMarket Estates! We like to believe that happy residents make for a happy community and we sure saw plenty of smiles at our much-anticipated Grand Opening event on April 29th. Neighborhood homeowners perused their new facility while enjoying live music from Vudu Blu, a super fun local cover band. Food trucks kept our bellies full and face painters (and soft serve cones)
kept the scores of kids entertained, laughing, and maybe even a little sticky from the melted ice cream on an unseasonably steamy April evening. The pool is being prepped for filling and will be ready to make a splash on Memorial Day in just a few short weeks!

The first weekend of Richmond Homearama 2017 in NewMarket Estates was a hit for Central Virginia Realtors, residents, and even out of town guests who can’t get enough of our amazing local builder teams and the spectacular homes they put together. May 6 and 7 was ASK Family Fun weekend that featured delicious food trucks and café items from Café Caturra, Disney Princesses painting nails and faces of our younger visitors, serene live music under the tent, and the excitement of 10 gorgeous show homes to boot.
On May 11, we held our Taste of RVA event which featured an area restaurant in each model serving up their signature dishes. Restaurants included Latitude Seafood Company, Casa Del Barco, Rappahannock Restaurant, Mosaic, Gregory’s Grill, Tarrant’s Café, Kona Grill, Home Sweet Home, Tazza Kitchen, and Southbound. This weekend, May 13 and 14, is Mom’s Day Out Weekend featuring more live music and a discount at Café Caturra for all of you special moms!
