Did you miss our model court grand opening weekend this past weekend, March 24 and 25?! Bummer! It was a cheerful one for all. Although breezy with a lingering wintry nip in the air, hundreds of wonderful future neighbors made their way to Graythorne Drive to see what the fuss was all about! Now, some of them are staying put for a long time and we couldn’t be happier!
Tacos and Music at the Model Court Grand Opening!
On Saturday, we welcomed Boka Tako Truck and all their tasty taco creations to the block. We were also joined by an energetic crew from local station 103.7 PLAY, and had so much fun with them. Playing music in the street, doing giveaways, and bringing a classic, fun vibe to RounTrey! We cannot forget about the six jaw-dropping model homes that were open for tour. Homes by Covenant Building and Design, Craftmaster Homes, LeGault Homes, Ray A Williams Custom Homes, River City Custom Homes, and South River Custom Homes. The Craftmaster Homes beautiful Townsend Grand model housed a photographer all weekend taking complimentary family portraits to event-goers!
Sunday, brought out even more awesome folks who enjoyed touring the six model homes. They were smiling for the camera, and of course enjoying the comfort food of Return of the Mac. We need a nap thinking about those tasty (and massive) boxes of food. Color Me Wild was on site to paint the faces of eager children of all ages, it seems as though this year is the year of the unicorn! All weekend, we held entry for a $250 Pottery Barn Gift Card and the lucky winner ended up being Melissa Anderson, who came out from Moseley!
Did we mention there was also a HUGE community Easter Egg Hunt? Also featured was the coveted hunt, a DJ, petting zoo, moon bounce, crafts, and more? That was all going on Saturday morning and afternoon! Because the party is over does NOT mean we aren’t open for tour (or that we aren’t doing anymore celebrations)! Our model homes are open daily noon to 5pm and for real time updates on future events please follow us on Facebook.
