Stunning homes by five different builders are sure to wow all in both RounTrey and NewMarket Estates at RounTrey. The participating builders are as follows: Covenant Building and Design, Craftmaster Homes, LeGault Homes, River City Custom Homes, and South River Custom Homes. For coming to the event, you will be entered in a raffle drawing for a $200 VISA Gift Card! Richmond Parade of Homes 2018 will take place right at our amenity center located in our Graythorne neighborhood. Home to our newest sections and our future water amenities along the Swift Creek Reservoir. While you are here enjoying the free event, take a stroll through our clubhouse and the pool complex.
